Each figure below is the final price for the whole described event, with GST included. You do not multiply it by the number of guests, and it is the same figure on every page of this site.
Reading the list
What the figure depends on.
- The format you choose, and the number of tables, stations or sets inside it.
- The programme length: 4, 5 or 6 hours, as printed with each format.
- Extras beyond the listed package: more crew, more hours, custom scenography or printed branding.
- Venue conditions that change the load: no lift, long carry distance, no power on site.
The base package assumes a suitable venue provided by you, standard access, one local trip for the crew and the standard bump-in and bump-out windows. The date itself does not change the price, and neither does the size of the guest list within the format limit.
The price is the same across Australia. Base location: Sydney, with one local trip included in every package.

Programme hours never include setup: bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out up to 1-2 hours after. A smaller group does not change the package price.

Bump-in and bump-out
Bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out up to 1-2 hours after, outside the programme hours.
A coordinator on site
One organisational contact who holds the timetable and stays reachable all evening.
After the enquiry
From enquiry to a held date.
An enquiry is not a booking. Nothing is reserved until there is a written agreement.
- We check that the date is open and ask about the venue conditions.
- You get the written offer: package, final price, access plan and the timetable.
- The agreement is signed and a deposit of 20-40% once the agreement is signed, the balance 5-10 days before the event.
- The date is held from the moment the signed agreement and the deposit are in place.

Is the price per guest or per event?
Per event. Every amount on this page is the final price for the whole described package and you do not multiply it by the number of participants.
Does a smaller group pay less?
No. The package price covers the crew and the equipment that arrive on site, and that does not shrink with the guest list. A smaller group simply has more room.
What can be adapted inside the price?
The running order, the choice of activities inside a format, the placement of zones in the room and the content of custom rounds or dossiers. Extra tables, extra hours, extra crew or custom scenography change the price and go into the written offer.
Are the setup hours included in the programme hours?
No. Bump-in takes up to 3 hours before the event and bump-out 1 to 2 hours after, and neither is counted in the 4, 5 or 6 programme hours.
How much does slot machine hire add to a package?
The pokies hire zone is a catalogue position with its own price, so the amount is the same whether it runs on its own or next to another format. There is no separate surcharge model.
