Cookie policy

What we store on your device, why, and how to change your mind.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage, which keeps data in the browser without sending it back with every request. We use a small number of cookies, and one of them exists purely to remember that you declined the others.

2. Categories we use

  • Necessary. Keep the pages and the enquiry form working, including the security token that protects the form. Always active, and they never enable analytics or advertising storage.
  • Analytics. Would measure how the site is used, in aggregate. Off until you switch them on.
  • Advertising. Would support advertising and personalisation, with Google as a possible recipient of data. Off until you switch them on.

3. The files themselves

NamePurposeLifetimeCategory
razzlecore_cookie_choice Remembers your cookie decision, including a refusal, so you are not asked again. 180 days Necessary
PHPSESSID Server session for the enquiry form, which carries the form security token. Until the browser is closed Necessary
csrf token Not a separate cookie: a one-time value held inside the session above and in the form, so a submitted form can be matched to the browser that opened it. With the session Necessary

No analytics or advertising cookies are installed on this site at the time of writing. If that changes, this table is updated with the name, purpose and lifetime of each file before the tag goes live, and those files will be set only after your consent.

This site does not store a theme preference in browser storage: it has a single visual theme.

4. Google Consent Mode v2

Before you choose, all consent signals are set to denied: ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. When you make a choice, the signals are updated to match it — analytics for the analytics category, the three advertising signals for the advertising category. Nothing optional loads before that update. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services and Google business privacy information.

5. Accepting, declining and changing your mind

  • The banner on your first visit offers Accept, Decline and Settings as three equally weighted buttons.
  • Settings lets you switch the analytics and advertising categories on individually. Both start switched off.
  • “Cookie settings” in the footer reopens the window on any page, at any time.
  • You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary cookie will stop the enquiry form from working.

6. Legal basis

Personal information collected through cookies is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as the supervising authority (https://www.oaic.gov.au/). We ask for consent before any optional cookie is set, both because it is good practice and because Google Consent Mode v2 requires it for advertising and measurement products.

7. More information

How we handle the data behind these cookies is described in the privacy policy. Questions: [email protected].
