This document is an informational template prepared for this website. Before publication it should be reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Australia, and checked against the way the business actually stores and shares data.

1. Who handles your information

2. What we collect

Enquiry form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), the format you are asking about, event date, city or venue, guest count, budget (optional) and your message.
Correspondence: the emails, calls and documents exchanged while an event is planned.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time of the request, and the contents of the cookies described in the cookie policy.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and you should not send any through the form. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare an event — because you asked us to, and in order to enter into and perform an agreement with you.
To run and protect the website — our legitimate business interest in keeping the site working and secure, including blocking automated form abuse.
Analytics and advertising cookies, and marketing messages — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To meet legal obligations — tax and accounting records relating to a booked event.

4. Who receives it

our hosting provider, which stores the website and the enquiry log;
our email provider, through which enquiries are received and answered;
with your consent, Google, in connection with analytics and advertising cookies — see how Google uses data from sites that use its services and Google business privacy information;
crew and subcontractors engaged for your event, who receive only what they need to deliver it;
professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or access data outside Australia. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to make sure the recipient handles the information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, as required by APP 8.

5. How long we keep it

an enquiry that does not lead to an agreement: up to 12 months from the last contact;
documentation of a booked event: for as long as claims may be made and tax records must be kept;
your cookie decision: 180 days, in the cookie razzlecore_cookie_choice;
marketing consent records: until you withdraw the consent, plus the period needed to show it existed.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

give you access to the personal information we hold about you;
correct it if it is wrong, out of date or incomplete;
delete it or stop using it, where we are not required to keep it;
stop sending you marketing messages, which you can also do by replying to any of them.

Write to [email protected] and we will answer within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we handled the matter you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), https://www.oaic.gov.au/.

7. Cookies and analytics

The site uses a first-party cookie to remember your consent decision and a session cookie for the enquiry form. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you allow them, and Google Consent Mode v2 keeps ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied until then. 8. Google and ad personalisation

If you consent to advertising cookies, Google may process data as described in its partner-sites notice and its business privacy information. You can change ad personalisation in your Google account settings at any time, independently of your choice on this site.

9. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry data is stored with our hosting and email providers under their access controls, the form is protected against automated abuse, and access to enquiries is limited to the people preparing events. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send documents you would not want a third party to see.

10. Changes to this policy

If the way we handle information changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be noted on the home page for a period after they take effect.
