Send anything you need in writing to [email protected] or by post to the address above. Describe what happened and what you would like us to do. We confirm receipt and reply in writing, normally within 14 days. The procedure is set out in section 10 of the terms and conditions.
What we are not
We are an event company. We do not operate a casino, we do not run gambling of any kind, and we do not offer online play. Casino-style activities in our programmes use props, with no stakes and no cash winnings — see the responsible entertainment rules.
