What each evening contains.

Company Gala

The format for an anniversary, an award night or a year-end dinner. We build the stage end of the room, set the running order against your speeches, and keep a technician at the desk so nothing cuts out mid-sentence. The host introduces each segment and hands back to you.

What arrives with it

  • stage riser 6 x 3 m with steps, skirting and a lit backdrop 6 x 3 m
  • 1 host for 6 hours, 1 AV technician, 1 coordinator
  • 2 x 2 kW sound system, 4 wireless microphones, a lectern with a reading light
  • 24 LED light points, 8 table uplights and 2 follow spots on the stage
  • screen 4 x 2.25 m with a projector, cue-by-cue running order agreed in writing
  • red carpet 8 m with 4 posts at the entrance

What you can change inside the price: Move the awards segment before dinner, add a second screen for a long room, or swap the follow spots for a static wash if the ceiling is low.

Hollywood Red Carpet

Everything happens at the door first. Guests arrive along a carpet, stop at a press wall, and walk into a room dressed in gold and deep blue. A host runs short interview moments through the first hour, then the floor opens up and the DJ takes over.

What arrives with it

  • red carpet 12 m with 6 posts, velvet rope and 2 standing lamps
  • press wall 4 x 2.5 m, printed with a neutral pattern or your artwork
  • photo corner with 18 props and 2 softboxes, hosted for 3 hours
  • 1 host in character, 1 DJ with a 2 x 1.5 kW system and 2 microphones
  • 20 LED light points, 6 gold pendant clusters, 2 haze units on low output

What you can change inside the price: Print the press wall with your own artwork, extend the photo corner to the full five hours, or run the carpet indoors if the entrance is exposed.

On the night

How these evenings run.

  1. The room is set before guests arrive

    Stage, carpet, screen and lighting go in during bump-in, and the technician runs a full cue check with your speakers before the doors open.

  2. The host carries the running order

    Each segment is introduced and handed back, so your speeches start on time and nobody is left holding a microphone.

  3. The lights come down slowly

    After the last segment the wash warms up, the floor opens if it is booked, and the stage end goes quiet.

Hosts, dealer-hosts and animators are briefed on your running order before the doors open. Participation in every activity is voluntary.

What the room has to provide.

Send us the venue name and we check these against the floor plan before anything is signed.

  • from 190 m2 with a 3 m ceiling for the stage and backdrop
  • 3 to 4 power circuits of 10 A, one of them for the AV desk
  • a loading door of at least 1.2 m for the riser sections
  • round tables and chairs from the venue, plus a clear sightline to the stage
  • a straight entrance run of 14 m if the carpet arrival is booked

Programme hours exclude bump-in and bump-out: bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out up to 1-2 hours after.

One line about age.

Programmes in this group are built for adult guests, 18+, except the family day, where the second activity line is designed for children accompanied by their parents. No casino-style activity is part of these formats unless you book one from At the Tables. Responsible entertainment rules.

Can you work around our own speeches?

That is the point of these formats. Send us the speakers and the length of each segment and the host will build the running order around them, with the technician cued for each one.

What if the ceiling is low for the rig?

We swap the follow spots for a static wash and lower the backdrop. The look changes slightly, the price does not.
