Terms and conditions

What we promise, what you provide, and what happens if a date has to move.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. The service provider and what these terms cover

The service is provided by Razzle Core, 219 Military Rd, Dover Heights NSW 2030, Australia, registered in Australia, operating razzlecore.com. These terms cover the use of this website, the enquiry process and the delivery of event programmes described on it.

2. Definitions

  • Event — the programme delivered on a date and at a venue agreed in writing.
  • Programme — the activities, crew and equipment listed with a format.
  • Package — a format together with its listed contents, guest limit and hours.
  • Enquiry — a message sent through the form or by email, asking about a date or a format.
  • Client — the company or person who signs the agreement.
  • Token — a symbolic prop used in casino-style activities, with no denomination and no exchange value.

3. The nature of the service

We deliver entertainment programmes at a venue chosen by the client, with our crew present. Casino-style activities are themed entertainment:

  • tokens are props, are not sold, cannot be topped up, and are never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes;
  • there are no stakes and no cash winnings, and the result of an activity gives a participant no financial benefit;
  • machines brought to a venue run on their own internal credit balance, with coin and note acceptors removed; credits are issued by the machine, are not purchased and cannot be cashed out;
  • there is no online play of any kind;
  • participation is limited to guests aged 18+, and participation in any single activity is voluntary.

The service is not gambling under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) or under the gaming legislation of the state or territory in which the event takes place, because there are no stakes and no winnings of money or valuable prizes.

4. Using the website and the form

The website is informational. You may use it for your own planning; you may not copy its texts, prices or images for commercial use without our written permission. The enquiry form may be used for genuine enquiries only, and we may ignore submissions that look automated.

5. Enquiry and agreement

  • An enquiry is not a booking and does not reserve a date.
  • After an enquiry we confirm availability and send a written offer with the package, the final price, the access plan and the timetable.
  • The date is reserved only when the written agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.
  • Changes to a booked package are agreed in writing, and may change the price if they add crew, hours or equipment.

6. Prices and payment

  • Prices shown on this site are final prices for the whole described event, from A$4,950 to A$12,600, with GST included. They are not multiplied by the number of guests.
  • What is included: the programme, crew and equipment listed with the format; planning, the written run-down and one coordinator on site; transport anywhere in Australia, bump-in and bump-out; all taxes payable, GST included.
  • What is not included: the venue itself, with its furniture, power and amenities; catering, bar service and drinks; guest accommodation and travel; gifts for guests and a stills photographer.
  • Payment terms: a deposit of 20-40% once the agreement is signed, the balance 5-10 days before the event.
  • Programme hours do not include setup: bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out up to 1-2 hours after.

7. Preparing and running the event

  • The client provides the venue with its furniture, power, amenities and access, as described with the chosen format.
  • The client obtains any permissions the venue, the site owner or a local authority requires, and tells us about rules we must work within, including noise curfews and fixing restrictions.
  • We arrive within the agreed access window, work to the agreed timetable, and keep a coordinator reachable throughout.
  • If the venue conditions on the day differ materially from those agreed, we deliver what is safely possible and record the difference in writing.

8. Moving a date, and cancellation

  • A date can be moved by agreement, subject to crew and equipment availability on the new date.
  • If the client cancels, the deposit covers planning and the crew booking already made; the closer to the date, the larger the share of the price that has been committed. The exact scale is set out in the signed agreement.
  • If we cannot deliver for reasons on our side, the client may choose a replacement date or a refund of amounts paid.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law where they apply to a client. Because an event is delivered on a specific date agreed in advance, there is no general cooling-off right for a booked date; the transfer and cancellation terms in section 8 apply instead.

10. Complaints

Send a complaint to [email protected] or to 219 Military Rd, Dover Heights NSW 2030, Australia, describing what happened and what you are asking for. We confirm receipt and answer in writing, normally within 14 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved between us, either party may use the consumer dispute services available in the client's state or territory, or the courts under section 12.

11. Liability and events outside our control

  • We are responsible for delivering the programme described in the agreement with reasonable care and skill.
  • We are not responsible for the venue itself, for catering or drinks ordered by the client, or for the behaviour of guests.
  • Neither party is liable for failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as extreme weather, loss of power at the venue, road closures or a public-authority restriction. In those cases we agree a replacement date or a proportionate settlement.

12. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of Australia, and disputes fall to the courts with jurisdiction over the provider's registered address, unless a mandatory consumer rule gives the client another forum. They take effect on 14 October 2026, and the version published on this page at the time of a signed agreement is the version that applies to that event.
