About Razzle Core
We organise casino-style evenings and themed events for companies and private hosts anywhere in Australia. We are not a venue and not a caterer: we arrive with the programme, the equipment and the people who run it, and we leave the room as we found it.
Thirteen programmes, prices from A$4,950 to A$12,600 per event, up to 120 guests and 6 hours of programme.
Six steps
The first reply asks about the venue, the hours and the guest count. Nothing is quoted before we know the room.
You get two formats that fit, each with its contents and its final price, so the choice is a comparison rather than a guess.
Equipment, crew, hours, access windows and branding go into one document. If it is not in there, it is not promised.
We read the floor plan, confirm power, access and ceiling height, and raise anything that needs the venue to agree.
The date is held once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. A deposit of 20-40% once the agreement is signed, the balance 5-10 days before the event.
Bump-in starts up to three hours before the doors, the coordinator holds the timetable, and the equipment is out within one to two hours of the close. You get a short written wrap afterwards.
How we hold ourselves to it
No invented track record here: we publish the contents, the prices and the process instead.
Who comes with the programme
Crew is assigned per format and per guest count. Exactly who is on your event is listed in the written scope.
Opens the evening, introduces each segment, hands the microphone back to you on cue.
One per table. They teach the game as they deal and keep the pace comfortable for beginners.
Run the stations and the task lines, rotate groups, reset props between rounds.
Builds the set for the room and the hours, works from your request and do-not-play lists.
Sound, screens and lighting. Sits at the desk through the speeches so nothing drops out.
Your single contact on site. Holds the timetable, talks to the venue, solves what comes up.
Responsibilities
Compliance
The occasion, the guest count and the venue are enough for the first reply.
