Roulette
The loudest table, and the easiest to join. The dealer-host calls the table, explains the layout in a sentence and keeps the pace slow enough to talk over.
The flagship format
The format the company was built around. Three tables arrive dressed and lit, a dealer-host stands at each one, and the rules get explained to every guest who sits down. Tokens are props: nobody buys them, nobody cashes them in. The programme runs for six hours with a coordinator on the floor the whole time.
The package
What can be adapted inside the price: Swap poker for a second blackjack table, move the photo corner to the room entrance, extend table time to the last two hours only, or brand the backdrop with your own artwork.
Final price for the whole event
A$12,600
Not per guest. GST included.
Three activities
Each table is a themed activity with a dealer-host who teaches as they deal. Guests move freely; nobody is seated to a schedule.
The loudest table, and the easiest to join. The dealer-host calls the table, explains the layout in a sentence and keeps the pace slow enough to talk over.
The table people stay at. Rules take thirty seconds, and the dealer-host runs short hands so seats keep turning over through the evening.
The slow table, for the group that wants to settle in. The dealer-host handles the deal and the order of play so beginners are never exposed.
Tokens at all three tables are props: handed out by the host, no denominations, no purchase, no exchange for money, goods or prizes.
Scenography
Tables arrive dressed, with their own cloths, rails and pendant lighting. The backdrop wall 3 x 2 m goes where the queue will form, with twelve props on a stand beside it and two softboxes aimed at the wall rather than at your guests.
Fourteen LED light points shape the room: two uplights per table, the rest washing the walls and the photo corner. Your own artwork can be printed on the backdrop, and signage can carry your wording. Branding is agreed in writing before anything goes to print.
We do not install neon signage and we do not dress the room as a gambling hall. The look is a dressed function room with good light.
Six hours, stage by stage
Doors, welcome drinks, the floor host explains how the evening is laid out and where the tables are.
Tables open. Dealer-hosts run short rule briefings on repeat, so guests can join at any point.
Full rotation. The photo corner is staffed and the pokies hire zone, if booked, runs beside the tables.
Break for speeches or dessert, music down, tables paused with the hosts still at them.
Second run at the tables and the loud part of the night, with the hosts staying at the tables until the last hand.
Tokens come back to the table, the host thanks the room, and bump-out starts behind a closed door.
Optional zone
Slot machine hire is a separate catalogue position, and most clients place it next to the photo corner. Four retro cabinets, delivered, placed, hosted and taken away again, running as free play on the credits each machine issues itself. Guests see a lit cabinet, a host and a queue, nothing more.
| Cabinets on site | 4 (2 available as a smaller zone) |
|---|---|
| Size of one cabinet | 75 x 60 x 180 cm |
| Weight of one cabinet | 96 kg |

| Access needed | lift or ground level, 90 cm clear doorway, tail-lift truck parking for 40 minutes |

Each cabinet plays on its own internal credit balance. Credits are issued by the machine, cannot be bought, topped up or cashed out, and nothing on screen converts into money, goods or prizes. Coin and note acceptors are removed. 18+.
Venue requirements
Timings. Bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out up to 1-2 hours after. Those hours sit outside the six programme hours, and we agree the access window with your venue in writing.
Access. A truck needs 40 minutes of kerb space at bump-in and again at bump-out. If the venue has a dock or a service lift, tell us the dimensions and we plan the load around them.
Who brings what
The rules of the format
A themed entertainment programme at a venue of your choice, run by our crew for adult guests.
About this format
Each table has a dealer-host who explains the rules to anyone who sits down and keeps the pace comfortable for people who have never played. Guests rotate freely between the three tables. Tokens are props handed out at the table, with no denominations and no exchange of any kind. Participation is voluntary and the programme is 18+.
Yes, as the separate pokies hire zone. Slot machine hire from us means retro cabinets delivered, placed and hosted, running on their own internal credits with coin and note acceptors removed.
No stage. We need about 180 m2, a 2.6 m ceiling, three 10 A power circuits and access with a 90 cm clear doorway. Chairs for roughly 70% of your guests are usually enough, since people move between tables.
Bump-in takes up to 3 hours before the programme and bump-out 1 to 2 hours after. Those hours are not part of the six programme hours.
The backdrop wall can be printed with your artwork, the running order can be built around your speeches, and signage can carry your wording. Branding is agreed in writing before print.
Send the occasion, the guest count and the venue. We answer with the written scope, the final price and the access plan. An enquiry does not reserve a date.
