At the Tables

The casino-style side of the catalogue: three dealt tables, an agent-themed variant, a token poker tournament and the pokies hire zone. Dealer-hosts run every table and explain the rules as they go.

What each evening contains.

Roulette table dressed and lit with symbolic tokens stacked on the rail

Casino-Style Tables Flagship

The format the company was built around. Three tables arrive dressed and lit, a dealer-host stands at each one, and the rules get explained to every guest who sits down. Tokens are props: nobody buys them, nobody cashes them in. The programme runs for six hours with a coordinator on the floor the whole time.

What arrives with it

  • roulette, blackjack and poker tables, all three dressed and lit, 6 hours of table time
  • 3 dealer-hosts plus 1 floor host with a microphone, briefed on your running order
  • 1,200 symbolic tokens with no denominations printed on them, plus 6 card decks per table
  • backdrop wall 3 x 2 m for the photo corner, with 12 props on a stand
  • 14 LED light points on stands and 2 uplights per table
  • DJ with a 2 x 1.5 kW sound system, 2 wireless microphones and a 4 x 3 m lit floor
  • event coordinator on site from bump-in to bump-out

What you can change inside the price: Swap poker for a second blackjack table, move the photo corner to the room entrance, extend table time to the last two hours only, or brand the backdrop with your own artwork.

Open briefcase with themed props and a dossier folder on a dark table

Secret Agent Party

A black-tie evening with a plot. Guests collect a dossier at the door, work through four briefcase tasks between drinks, and finish at two dealt tables run by dealer-hosts. The host keeps the story moving from the microphone without turning the night into a show.

  • 4 briefcase task stations with 26 props, reset between groups
  • 80 printed dossiers and 1 host in character for the full 5 hours

Poker table with identical token stacks laid out at each seat before play

Token Poker Tournament

A proper bracket for a small group. Five tables, a tournament clock on the wall, blind levels every twenty minutes and a dealer-host at each table to keep the pace. Everyone plays with the same stack of symbolic tokens, handed out at the start and collected at the end.

What arrives with it

  • 5 poker tables with 5 dealer-hosts, 4 hours of play
  • tournament clock on a 55-inch screen, printed bracket board 1 x 0.7 m
  • 40 identical token stacks with no denominations, 10 card decks

Row of retro slots-style cabinets with dark screens standing against a draped wall

Pokies Hire Zone

Pokies hire for events, built as a scenography zone rather than a gaming floor. Four retro cabinets arrive on a tail-lift truck, get placed, plugged in and switched on, and a host stays with the zone for the whole programme. Slot machine hire of this kind is free play only: each cabinet runs on its own internal credits.

The cabinets read as classic slots on the outside and work as scenography inside the room: lit, hosted and switched on for the whole programme.

What arrives with it

  • 4 retro-style cabinets, each 75 x 60 x 180 cm and 96 kg, on levelling feet
  • 1 standard 230 V power point per cabinet, 2 x 10 A circuits for the zone
  • delivery on a tail-lift truck, placement, cabling cover mats and bump-out
  • 1 zone host for 6 hours, who explains the cabinets and keeps the queue moving
  • zone dressing: 2 m carpet runner, 6 LED light points, 1 standing sign

What you can change inside the price: Take two cabinets instead of four, place the zone next to the photo corner, or run it for four hours alongside a shorter table programme.

Each cabinet plays on its own internal credit balance. Credits are issued by the machine, cannot be bought, topped up or cashed out, and nothing on screen converts into money, goods or prizes. Coin and note acceptors are removed. 18+.

On the night

How these evenings run.

  1. Rules while you sit down

Every table has a dealer-host who explains the game in a sentence and deals slowly enough for a first-timer. Nobody is quizzed and nobody waits for a lesson to finish.

  2. Rotation, not seating plans

Hosts open and close positions as the room shifts, so the queue never builds at one table while another sits empty.

  3. A close that is not abrupt

The last twenty minutes are announced from the microphone, tokens come back to the table, and the crew waits until the room is empty before touching the equipment.

Hosts, dealer-hosts and animators are briefed on your running order before the doors open. Participation in every activity is voluntary.

Venue

What the room has to provide.

Send us the venue name and we check these against the floor plan before anything is signed.

  • from 90 m2 for the tournament up to 180 m2 for the three-table format
  • 2 to 3 power circuits of 10 A near the table positions
  • lift or ground-level access with a 90 cm clear doorway
  • chairs from the venue for 70% of the guest count
  • a back-of-house corner for flight cases during the programme

Programme hours exclude bump-in and bump-out: bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out up to 1-2 hours after.

The rules here

Props, not stakes.

These formats use casino-style activities as entertainment, and that is the whole of it.

  • Guests are 18+, and taking part is voluntary.
  • Tokens are props: never sold, never topped up, never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes.
  • No stakes, no cash winnings, no online play; machines run on their own internal credits.

Responsible entertainment rules

About this group

Questions we get about at the tables.

How many dealer-hosts come with the tables?

One per table, plus a floor host with a microphone on the flagship format. They explain rules, keep the pace and answer questions all evening.

Is slot machine hire included with the tables?

No, the pokies hire zone is its own position with its own price. Many clients book both and place them next to each other.

What are the tokens for?

They are props that make the activity readable. They are handed out, they have no denomination, they cannot be bought or topped up, and they are not exchanged for money, goods or prizes. The programme is 18+.

Pick a format, we will check the date.

Every enquiry comes back with the written scope and the final price. Sending one does not reserve a date.
