When we answer
Enquiries sent on a working day are answered the same day or the next working morning. For a date inside the next two weeks, add a phone number and we will call rather than write.
We do not take bookings by phone: the date is held only after a written agreement.

Package contents, final price, access plan and the timetable, all in writing.
The date is held
Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. A deposit of 20-40% once the agreement is signed, the balance 5-10 days before the event.
An enquiry is not a booking. Nothing is reserved until there is a signed agreement.
