On the Dancefloor

Loud formats. A DJ, a lighting rig and a floor that fills up by the second hour, in two different visual directions: mirror-ball retro or saturated colour.

What each evening contains.

Mirror ball above a lit dancefloor with coloured light pools on the surface

Disco Ball Party

A straightforward good night out. A 5 x 4 m lit floor goes in the middle of the room, a 60 cm mirror ball goes over it, and the DJ works forward through four decades. A costume corner near the bar gives people something to do in the first half hour.

What arrives with it

  • lit dancefloor 5 x 4 m and a 60 cm mirror ball with 2 pin spots
  • DJ for 5 hours with a 2 x 2 kW system, 2 microphones and a request list
  • 18 LED light points, 4 moving heads and 2 strobe-free colour washes
  • costume corner with 40 items on 2 rails and a mirror 1.8 m
  • photo corner backdrop 3 x 2 m with 10 props

What you can change inside the price: Pick the decade mix in advance, add a live saxophone for one hour, or drop the costume rails if floor space is tight.

Dark room with colour-reactive wall panels glowing above a lit floor

Neon Glow Party

Built for a room that can go dark. Walls get UV-reactive panels, the floor gets colour, and a glow station hands out paint sticks and bands for the first hour. The DJ set is written for the room rather than a playlist on shuffle.

What arrives with it

  • 12 UV-reactive wall panels 1 x 2 m and 8 UV fixtures
  • glow station with 300 bands, 12 paint sticks and 2 hosts for 1 hour
  • DJ for 5 hours with a 2 x 2 kW system and 2 microphones
  • lit dancefloor 5 x 4 m, 16 LED light points, 4 moving heads
  • photo corner backdrop 3 x 2 m in colour-reactive print

What you can change inside the price: Keep the paint out and run bands only, add a second glow hour late in the night, or reduce the panel count in a smaller room.

On the night

How these evenings run.

  1. Warm-up without an empty floor

The first hour runs at conversation volume, with the costume or glow station giving people a reason to move around the room.

  2. One clear peak

The DJ builds to a single peak rather than running flat out, so the floor fills instead of emptying after twenty minutes.

  3. A last set, announced

The host calls the last set, the group photo happens on the floor, and the rig comes down after the room clears.

Hosts, dealer-hosts and animators are briefed on your running order before the doors open. Participation in every activity is voluntary.

Venue

What the room has to provide.

Send us the venue name and we check these against the floor plan before anything is signed.

  • from 170 m2, with a 2.8 m ceiling for the mirror-ball rig
  • a room that can be darkened for the colour-reactive format
  • 3 power circuits of 10 A for sound and lighting
  • walls that accept removable fixings for panels and backdrops
  • confirmation of the venue noise curfew before the DJ set is planned

Programme hours exclude bump-in and bump-out: bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out up to 1-2 hours after.

One line about age.

Programmes in this group are built for adult guests, 18+, except the family day, where the second activity line is designed for children accompanied by their parents. No casino-style activity is part of these formats unless you book one from At the Tables. Responsible entertainment rules.

About this group

Questions we get about on the dancefloor.

Can we choose the music?

Yes. You can send a request list and a do-not-play list, and for the retro format you can set the decade mix in advance.

Do you use strobes or haze?

No strobes. Haze is optional and runs on low output, and we switch it off entirely if the venue has smoke detectors that cannot be isolated.

Pick a format, we will check the date.

Every enquiry comes back with the written scope and the final price. Sending one does not reserve a date.
