On the night

How these evenings run.

  1. Two lines, one timetable

Adult stations and the family programme run in parallel, with announcements going through a single PA so the whole site hears the same plan.

  2. Hosted stations, no queue marshals

Each station has its own host who rotates groups, which keeps the site moving without anyone shouting over the crowd.

  3. A clear close

Prize handovers are run by you, the programme board shows the last activity, and the site is cleared within two hours.

Hosts, dealer-hosts and animators are briefed on your running order before the doors open. Participation in every activity is voluntary.

About this group

Questions we get about out in the open.

Who deals with the site permissions?

You do, as the site holder or the party booking it. We supply the equipment list, weights and power requirements that most councils and venues ask for.

What happens if the weather turns?

The marquee covers seating and the PA, stations move under cover, and the family line keeps running. If the site becomes unsafe we stop the programme with the coordinator and the client together.

Pick a format, we will check the date.

Every enquiry comes back with the written scope and the final price. Sending one does not reserve a date.
