Pokies Hire Zone
Four retro slots-style cabinets delivered, set up and hosted for six hours of free play on the internal credits of each machine.
Themed events across Australia
Casino-style tables, themed programmes and pokies hire for company evenings and private celebrations, up to 120 guests and 6 hours of programme. We arrive with the crew, the equipment and the timetable; you pick the venue and the date.
The flagship
Three dealt tables, dealer-hosts, scenography and a photo corner for up to 120 guests over six hours. Dealer-hosts explain every game as guests sit down, so nobody needs to know the rules in advance.
Final price for the whole event
A$12,600
Not per guest. GST included, transport anywhere in Australia included.
An evening in four stages
This is the rhythm under every format in the catalogue. The hours change, the order of the stages does not.
Guests arrive, the host introduces the room, and the dealer-hosts take the first players through the rules while the floor fills up.
People move between the tables and the zones. Nobody waits for a seat, because the hosts open and close positions as the room shifts.
Lights drop, the floor opens, and whoever is still at a table keeps playing with a host beside them.
Tokens come back to the table, the host thanks the room from the microphone, and the crew starts bump-out behind a closed door.
What the tokens actually do
Everything happens in a venue you choose, with our crew in the room. Tokens and machine credits are props that make the activity readable, and that is the whole of their function.
Light, dressing, detail
Every format arrives with its own lighting plan, its own dressing and a photo corner that is staffed rather than left in a corner. The room you booked looks like a different room by the time the doors open.
Six directions
Every programme in the catalogue sits in one of these six groups. Each group has its own page with the full format details, the guest limits and the prices.
The casino-style side of the catalogue: three dealt tables, an agent-themed variant, a token poker tournament and the pokies hire zone. Dealer-hosts run every table and explain the rules as they go.
4 programmes · from A$4,950 per event
Evenings built around a stage, a carpet and a seated dinner. These are the formats for award nights, anniversaries and anything that needs a microphone and a running order.
2 programmes · from A$9,900 per event
Loud formats. A DJ, a lighting rig and a floor that fills up by the second hour, in two different visual directions: mirror-ball retro or saturated colour.
2 programmes · from A$8,200 per event
Formats where the group has a task and a timer. Built for teams that want something to solve together rather than a programme to watch.
2 programmes · from A$6,300 per event
Travel and season themes: a room split into destinations, or a tropical floor with a steel-drum soundtrack. Strong on decoration, easy on rules.
2 programmes · from A$8,450 per event
The daylight programme: a park, a lawn or a yard, with stations for adults and a separate run of activities for families.
1 programmes · from A$10,400 per event
Beyond the tables
A machine zone, a red carpet arrival and four portable puzzle rooms. The same crew, the same written scope, different kind of evening.
Four retro slots-style cabinets delivered, set up and hosted for six hours of free play on the internal credits of each machine.
Arrival on a carpet with a press wall, a photo corner and a themed floor for up to 120 guests.
Four portable puzzle rooms built in your venue, for up to 40 people in rotating teams.

Prices in the open
Every amount is the final price for the whole described event, GST included. It is not multiplied by the number of guests, and it does not change if fewer people turn up. The catalogue runs from A$4,950 to A$12,600.
Working with us
One organisational contact from the first email to the last crate, so you never explain the same detail twice.
You tell us the occasion, the date, the venue and the guest count. We come back with two options, the written scope and the final price.
We agree the running order, the dressing and the branding in writing, check the venue conditions, and book the crew for your date.
Bump-in starts up to three hours before the doors. One coordinator holds the timetable and stays reachable all evening.
Equipment is out within one to two hours after the programme, the room goes back to the venue as we found it, and you get a short written wrap.
Organisational contact: [email protected], +61 406 226 017. More about how we work.
Before you write to us
It is an offline themed programme at a venue you choose. Roulette, blackjack and poker run as table activities with dealer-hosts who explain the rules. Tokens are props: they are handed out, they carry no denomination, they cannot be bought or topped up, and they are not exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes. There are no stakes and no cash winnings, nothing happens online, and the programme is for guests aged 18+. The full rules sit on our responsible entertainment page.
Up to 120 guests and up to 6 hours of programme, depending on the format. Smaller formats cap at 40 or 80 guests, and some run for 4 or 5 hours. The limit of each format is printed with it in the catalogue.
Anywhere in Australia. You book the venue, we arrive with the programme, the crew and the equipment. The package price is the same across the country and includes one local trip for the crew.
The programme, the crew and the equipment listed with the format, the planning, one coordinator on site, transport, bump-in and bump-out, and all taxes payable including GST. The venue itself, catering and drinks are organised by you. The full split is on the pricing page.
Yes. The pokies hire zone is a catalogue position of its own, so it can run next to the tables, next to a gala, or on its own. The four cabinets look like classic slots and work as scenography: free play only, on the internal credits each machine issues itself, which are not bought and not cashed out.
An enquiry is not a booking. We check that the date is open, agree the package and the venue conditions with you in writing, and the date is held once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.
Who brings what
The split is the same for every format, and it is written into the offer before anything is signed.
The programme hours do not include bump-in or bump-out: bump-in up to 3 hours before the event, bump-out up to 1-2 hours after.
We send the equipment list, weights and power requirements that venues and councils usually ask for.
Where a plan begins
Three facts are enough to start: the occasion, the guest count and the venue. We answer with two options and a final price.
